Christmas Tree Day

Every year we make the annual trek to get our Christmas tree with the Stannard's. We all had fun carting Niall around looking for the perfect trees. He had a great day with his cousins, and looked so cute with his little red nose and rosy cheeks.

Christmas Get-Together With Friends

Niall went to his first Christmas gathering with his buddies the other day. I think the parents had more fun taking pictures of the babies and laughing at their expressions. Notice Niall is just doing his own thing in the corner, sucking on his hands!

I'm 4 Months Old

Niall turned 4 months old on December 5, and with that has come more awake time and interest in playing with things...mostly his hands. He saw his Uncle Kris again, first time since he was 2 weeks old and loved every minute of it. He's gearing up for his first overnight stay at Grandma Lynn and Grandpa's house this Saturday night, hope they're up to it!

Let it Snow!

December 2nd brought the first big snowfall to the island, and the first snow ever for Niall. We managed to get out to Beck and Wade's to hang out in the white stuff for a bit. We've got 17 inches and it's still coming down, they're calling for rain tomorrow...typical wet coast weather. Sure makes it feel like Christmas is just around the corner!!!

Our Christmas Gift

Niall's first visit to meet Santa. He didn't cry, but wouldn't smile either, he was mesmerized by the lights of the Christmas trees. Clint and I never thought we would be taking our own little baby to see Santa, it was a very momentous occasion!! Wishing everyone a joyous holiday season...Merry Christmas

Niall was all smiles and laughing when he got on his Papa's new bike. He loves it Papa and can't wait to go for a ride!

This is Nialls' latest aquisition...a Bumbo seat. He's also discovered another wonder...his hands which are constantly in his mouth now, along with gallons of baby drool.

For My Great Auntie Laurie

Here is another update for Auntie Laurie and Grandma and Grandpa...our baby is growing so quickly! He's a great baby who amazes me by simply falling asleep when he is tired, no matter where he is, no rocking required. We now go to New Mommy/Nurse playgroup once a week. These are coworkers of mine who all have new babes, we get together so the babies can "play". I'm sure it will begin to get more exciting as they all get a bit older. Right now we just position them and take pictures.

Niall loves his rocking horse that his Great Grandma and Grandpa Hayes bought for him.

Niall's first Halloween! I can't believe it's over...we went over to The Stannard's to see the girls in their costumes and eat some of their candy, and then over to Grandma and Papa O'Hara's to hang out with cousins Dominic and Adriauna. Mommy was excited about the candy factor...

Niall's first Halloween photo shoot. Things started to go downhill when mommy actually stuffed me in the pumpkin!!

Niall

I went out for a hike with Beck and left Niall with his Uncle Wade...lets just say that Niall has a new appreciation for loud music, we could hear the tunes from the driveway when we returned and Niall was sound asleep.

Wet Coast

When you're from the WET coast you either get out in the rain or not at all. The New Mommy/Nurse group set out for a walk with three newborns in a torrential downpour, the babies were snug, but the mommies...were SOAKED! But by the time we got back, the sun had made an appearance.
