Fish On

Fish, fish, and more fish. You would think that you'd get tired of it. Apparently not. We spent almost five weeks this summmer fishing everyday from the cabin at Haggard's Cove, Clint is relentless.

10 Years

In August we made the ten year anniversary milestone. Wow! Clint was his typical romantic self, we were out fishing for spring salmon at Whittlestone by 7:00 am. What a great wife I am. By 9:30 in the morning I had my first twenty pound spring in the boat. Fun, fun, fun. We took the boat into West Bamfield and walked twenty minutes to Brady's Beach. It's beautiful and rugged, typical west coast. This was more like what I had in mind for our anniversary. We enjoyed lunch and wine on the sand, then back to the cabin, to clean fish. Cheers to another awesome ten years, it's never boring.

West Coast Living

This is the first official posting on the Blog. The O'Hara's are really getting into this computer stuff now. After years of boycotting modern technology Clint decided that a computer would be a great birthday present for me this year. He tried to back out of it many times with suggestions such as purchasing homing pidgeons to send "emails" to friends, siting that they were cheaper than a computer and don't eat much, but we finally got one. Clint still thinks that the computer is evil, but he is slowly coming around.
I'm still not clear on the need for the blog, but I'll see how it goes. If nothing else I can keep everyone updated on the crazy, redneck fishing adventures on the west coast with Clint and the "boys".
